What this website is

This website is informational. No payment is collected on this site and nothing on it forms a contract. Pilot engagements are scoped and agreed individually by email before any invoice is raised.

Ordering and payment (interim terms of sale)

Orders are placed by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing — not by browsing this site. Prices are stated in euro before you commit, and the VAT position is shown on every invoice. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer, or by a secure payment link where we provide one. Delivery is digital, by email.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content, we begin delivery inside that period only with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost once delivery begins — we ask for both in writing when you order. Any pilot guarantee offered on this site is in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them, and nothing here limits rights you have by law.

These sale terms are an interim plain-language version written by us; our solicitor's review is ongoing and its wording will replace this section when it arrives.
